Richard Bruce Cheney, son of Richard Herbert Cheney & Marjorie Lauraine Dickey was born on 30 January 1941, in Lincoln Nebraska. When he turned 13 old, he relocated and his entire family moved in Casper within the Western region of Wyoming in Wyoming, where his father was the director of the local district of soil conservation to the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
