Beautiful pics of Tamara Day and Sarah Stiles feet & legs
One baby was strapped on my back as another crawled around in the playground. I stayed up all night days over months of sanding, and removing wallpaper, while carrying one kid. Ha! The home was beginning to look nice, but there were still many things that needed to be left. The project would require the time, energy, as well as my personal favorite to complete the interior of this house. In order to stay in my budget I took my sons along with me as I searched for treasures in estate sales. Our routine was of walking around auctions and garage sales on the weekend, and buy a variety of pieces old and newly made. It was my job to spend the day on the drive working on painting or sanding. It was a bit like this... That's the time my love of restoration of furniture started. The issue was not whether our house had already been equipped. At the local market I was able to rent a tiny space, and also sold items. I was able to outgrow the market because I had plenty of pieces that I needed. I started having open houses at my house where over 1 000 people could visit in a single weekend and could purchase whatever they saw on the first floor. Growing Days is the result from this. Growing Days wasn't just a thriving business but also my sweet family. It was a balance between starting a business and being a mother. Growing Days was the obvious choice. Nora my fourth child was born in the year 2013. This was an excellent direction for my business, however I was also in need of some time off. I made the decision to take some break from my antique furniture and remain at home with the kids. The time was right. It wasn't until a couple of months that my phone began to ring. People were calling me and seeking help for decorating their homes and interior improvements. These were mostly customers that came to my residence to buy furniture. Once I had a few months I began to take on customers in my own way. Before long I had numerous accounts as well as a home renovations business. When you first told me about your home remodeling business, I laughed. As I reflect on the situation I am laughing.
