Molly Tarlov has been an American actress since 2011 and is best known for her character Sadie Saxton, the star of Awkward - a teen drama comedy show on television. Tarlov was the first of two daughters, born and raised by the parents of her mother in Manhattan. In the Little Red School House, Tarlov began her career as Mrs. Peterson at age 10. The show was well received by the seventh graders. As she grew older, she spent the summers in Paris with NYU Tisch's Tisch School of the Arts in Interlochen Center for the Arts. She studied a wide range of styles for acting and earned her bachelor of Arts in Theatre at Bennington College. The Atlantic Theater Company was another place she studied. The writer also was incorporated into her show during the LAByrinth Theatre master course. Molly traded in her black winter jacket for a pair of black sunglasses and made her way out to Los Angeles. It wasn't long before she was cast in a 3 word role on iCarly and was able to draw the attention from her family members. Since then, she has done a variety of television appearances and created the role of Caitlin in Winnie Holzman and Savannah Dooley's ABC's Family series Huge. Molly pretends that she can be a good basketball player even though she doesn't. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
