Jenna Fischer's most well-known character was as Pam Beesly from the popular television series The Office. In recognition of her performance, she won an Emmy award for Best Actress in an Supporting Role. She also won the award for two SAG Awards.
Jenna was raised in Fort Wayne in Indiana. Jenna was awed by her mother, Anne, perform in the church when she was younger and was able to instill a love for theater and performing.

She is the author of two books, The Actor's Life The Actor's Life: A Survival Guide In it, she recounts her experience from St. Louis to Hollywood and her journey to becoming a successful actor, as well as the upcoming Office BFF's: Tales of The Office from Two of the Best Friends That Were There (co-authored by Angela Kinsey) The book is a memoir of their best friendship and time working on The Office.
